Wow, these brush pens are AMAZING! The ink behaves just like watercolor paint, while the brush lets you create precise lines or cover a large area with one stroke. I'm SO glad I have her. It's really worth every penny and just what I need for city sketches etc. I tried them on my Moleskine sketchbook and the ink doesn't run and dries quickly. but not too fast so you can't mix it with other colors. Looking at the set I now know that 48 colors would be enough for my needs. This is because some colors aren't really that different from others - light pink looks so similar to light carmine, most reds look so similar to each other, as do grays and some blues. In fact, I could do without fluorescent colors. Still, I give it 5 stars because it's totally deserved. Please check the patterns I made (on Moleskine album paper) for reference.
