These pants are not suitable for tumble drying. I don't see this anywhere in the description, but the tag has a crossed out dryer symbol. See the care guide photo I've added. This probably explains why a lot of people find they roll off really quickly as I would expect the dryer to make things worse. I wash them inside out on a gentle cycle and let them air dry and there is minimal pilling. My daughters don't particularly like the way these pants sit at the waist and complain that they are too bulky (perhaps high waisted?) preferring their OshKosh or Old Navy fleece leggings instead. The density and color of the fabric is pleasant. But the gentle air drying cycle is not very suitable for children's clothes.
