I've read so many reviews about this product and I don't believe the negative ones. Please read the negative reviews before purchasing this radio. It's a nice and well built device as it has some very nice features. The problem seems to be in the software. Here's the big problem, and don't discount, you can't tune radios manually! The only way to program the stations in the device is to search automatically. My unit tuned in to 30 channels, 20 of which were static and 10 local stations scattered between sites 1 and 30. There is no way to delete the rest. I took out the battery, left the device for 24 hours to erase everything and they tried again, same results. It's a portable radio so when you finally get the stations you want when you go somewhere else you'll have to start over. I couldn't get it to play MP3 files, tried multiple inputs. SW radio has the same problem with autoscan which is almost completely useless on this band. I was very disappointed with this purchase. The seller refunded the money very quickly within 2 days. Just the good part of this deal. If the manufacturer fixes the software, it can be a good product. UPDATE, the manufacturer has an updated model that fixes all the above issues. I give the new model 4 stars! 06/15/2018
