this is actually going to be our favorite tool, my husband loves grilled cheese so much and I usually just grill cheese the traditional way. I figured I needed a panini maker, not just for fried cheese but other panini sandwiches that I love to eat as well. Despite being very light, it bakes perfectly and evenly. You can also put a large sandwich inside. I made grilled cheese (honey), bacon, lettuce, tomato, panini, chicken, and rosemary with cream cheese, of course. This will be our midnight panini cookup. I like to spritz some olive oil every time I use it. Easy to clean and super cute. I love red!
