Depends on dog Boots

We tried these shoes on for our elderly boxer who has severe arthritis and has trouble getting up on our hardwood floors because her feet are slippery. However, they don't fit the dog's paws as well, so rollover generally becomes a problem if he steps on loose-fitting shoes instead of wearing them.
