I'm a coffee drinker and have to use some sort of whitening procedure every 6 months. This is the most complete set I have ever used. Better than Crest Whitestrips. Better than an expensive procedure at the dentist. The cap needs to be charged before use. I've used other trays and they were so heavy I had a hard time holding them in my mouth. This one is comfortable and light and I have no problems within 10 minutes. You do NOT put the gel in the bowl. You put it on your teeth! Make sure you clean first. I can see a 2 shade difference in just one application. Comes in a nice zipped storage case and corduroy drawstring pouch. Only include the charging cable, which is PROTECTIVE and not a normal cable. So don't lose! I have sensitive teeth and gums and it didn't bother me.
