Product not working

I finally got a new scanner (YA101) because the first one I bought was NOT working and it keeps showing the message 'Loading'. when I tried to read the code with the diagnostic option. Unfortunately this one I just got behaves exactly the same ie DOES NOT WORK. I tried to email technical support but the letter was rejected with "address not found". This is a useless product no matter how low the price it is sold for.
