There always seems to be a catch with ultra-wide monitors in this price range, as they can have low refresh rates or horrible ghosting, but that doesn't seem to have any obvious downsides. The only significant difference between this monitor and its more expensive rivals is that it's flat rather than curved. Incidentally, it is the same panel as the Gigabyte M34WQ. Pros: The panel is bright and the pixel response time is fantastic. Contrast is good for an IPS (not incredible, but still good). my PC - Image Clarity: Some people say that anti-glare makes text blurry, but I haven't found that to be the case. Neutral: - Flat screen can still work. I like it, but I could see how others might want a curved display of this size. The included stand is "good enough". The buttons to control the OSD are ok, but the joystick really fits, although their displays are forever) Cons: - Slight IPS glow in the lower left and upper left corners of the display
