Perfect product! at Kitchen Tools & Gadgets

If you're making a gallon of Greek yogurt at a time, this is the bag you need. I've waited weeks to buy it, settling for either an awkwardly shaped nut milk bag or gauze. I've poured my first liter of yogurt since buying it last night and it's been a lot more convenient. The perfect shape to line the occasional colander I already have on hand, which I set in an old Tramontina stainless steel bowl to drain. As mentioned in previous reviews, the whole gallon of yogurt fit in the bag, but I had to drain it for about 5 minutes before I could close it. After tightening it, I left it for a while and then switched to draining. It was easier to maneuver, quicker to tighten, and easier to clean than the nut milk bag or cheesecloth I used. I won't be going back - this is the perfect product to strain a gallon of Greek yogurt. I don't like Euro Cuisine filters as they only hold half a gallon each so I'm happy with this cheaper, well designed and efficient solution. I have not received any compensation for the purchase or review of this product - I saw this from a blogger (who also does not receive any compensation for using the product) who highly recommended it and I am here to confirm that it is a great purchase. my mum, who now also makes her own yoghurt. The first was still strong, with minor wear on a small area of one row of a double row of stitches after weekly use since spring. I haven't compared the new one but I like the stitching better on this one and I've used it a few times. Can't say enough about this little tool!
