It's really elegant, with built-in wheels and retractable handle, it's user-friendly design. I previously purchased a 300w Fender system from Guitar Center but was so uncomfortable with it that I took it back. The first device I got worked great, but when downloading music to the SD card and USB stick, there didn't seem to be a way to switch tracks. The instructions diagram is a bit vague so it was difficult to say exactly how it was supposed to happen or what the ad should have looked like. My friend and I chatted a little. He thought the problem was that the device had been redesigned since the instructions were written and I thought the display was faulty. He called Pyle. It was evening and there was no one on tech support (not surprisingly) so it got a message that it was put in their shared mailbox, then a message that the mailbox was full, and then disabled. He was outraged. Someone needs to fix this phone tree so the customer can leave a message for tech support. I called the next day. We couldn't pinpoint exactly what the problem was, but he offered me a 30-day warranty service: send it back and wait. I mentioned that I got it from Revain and it was brand new. So he said to bring it back to Revain for a replacement. We didn't connect the plug-in to the wireless mic to see if it worked, but the display works fine and I can switch from one track to another. , as needed. I'm assuming the help input is working and will update if I find out otherwise.
