Installation was pretty easy for me. Almost everyone should be able to get this facility. The hardest part for me was figuring out where and how the cables run. Two 100ft and 60ft coils were more than enough for my setup. I had an issue with one of the cameras not working (see photo). I changed cameras and lines to test this, with the same results. I was convinced that the camera was defective. This got me into the service department. Since there was no phone number on their website, I was forced to write an email. No response until the next day. So I went back and forth a few times with no result. Finally, I contacted the company through FB messenger. Again no reply until late at night. Whoever was on the other end put me through some tests and sent them the photos they asked for and to my surprise we got it working. I find out that their support people are in China and that explains the slow (I think) response. . Some of their spelling and wording prompted me to do so. Once I understood all that, everything was fine! The representative I spoke to really knew what he was talking about. Apparently sometimes the camera can't find the system, whatever that means. It almost looks like daytime. I also installed an app on my phone and it was very easy. However, be aware that there are significant delays in customer service. Once I figured that out, everything went fine. UPDATE: One camera had a bug but the support response was incredible and a new camera was on the way within days. I have since installed a new camera and it works great. Based on the support response, I've raised my rating from 4 stars to a full 5 stars.
