Center diameter lines are slightly off. A 15 inch diameter is 3/16 inch and a 16 inch diameter is 1/8 inch measured horizontally and horizontally. The cm part of the measurement on the right only makes sense if you are measuring in inches, not cm. The cm information on the left and bottom side are good. The inch scale above starts at 1 instead of zero, but measures inches accurately. The supplied temperature scales range from 212°F to 500°F, but according to the manufacturer they should not exceed 450°F (this is also the label on the thermometer mat and ranges from -40°C to 230°). C (40°F to 450°F). I'll update my review if I try to leave it in the oven at 400° for 30 minutes.
