In the photo, most of the cracks, bumps and fragments along the edges are difficult to see, but there are some that are almost split and fragments are already visible on most. I have ordered these hoops several times and I am satisfied with them. However, this time it took me two batches of 12 tires each to find 12 usable tires. If I didn't need four at once I would return the second batch. It's good that I waited for a replacement to at least get enough usable ones in between. However, I do have to sand most of them a lot to make sure they don't snap off and I can use them as a frame after I'm done sewing. I hope this is just a failed attempt.
