When I decided to replace my carpet, I planned to remove the old stuff to save a few dollars. That's when I found that the guy who installed the existing carpet, had a heavy hand with the staples. I was trying to remove them by prying and/or pulling them out. Halfway through the job, my hand ached so bad I had to stop for a few days. Then I decided to try this device even though I wasn't really expecting much. But color. me amazed at how well it did the job. It was almost fun to pry those little suckers out. I have recommended it to my daughter and will probably tell others once this corona virus is gone and I can interact with other people again.
