This kid is cool. He's so durable. I used to have an espresso machine. It was taking up too much counter space so I gave up and went to a French Press I bought in a famous Swedish department store. It was big but still needed a kettle to heat the water. Also, it was thin and falling apart. When it broke I decided I wanted an all-in-one but didn't want to give up an entire square foot of workspace. I did some research and realized that a stovetop coffee maker might be what I really need. What's great about this particular coffee maker is the quality and simplicity. He's heavy for his size. (I doubt it will fall apart like a French press.) It has no electronics to break or try to train like a complex machine. Plus, it's small enough to store in a closet when not in use, or take it straight to a table and place it on a stand. (My only suggestion for improvement would be a properly sized stand.) It's actually pretty slim and attractive so I just left it on my countertop, especially since it's so compact and I use it at least once. Day.
