The system is very easy to use with good training material which is available online for free. Also, there are many help desk agents who provide support 24*7. We can not customize our own workflows as we would like due to its license cost. Please consider customization feature. It will give you lot of benefits. Automation has helped us in reducing the errors & wastage of products. The software is very easy to use and is very intuitive. The support is excellent and is always willing to help. There are a few things that I would like to see improved, but overall, I am very pleased with this software. There are a few things that you have to learn, but once you do, it is very easy to understand and use. I have been able to automate our quality management process by using this software. It has allowed us to be more efficient and save a lot of time.
