Intuitive software which improves productivity

I like how easy it was to train my customer service representatives on this product. The system is very intuitive. It is also easy for them to access from their mobile devices. This program has made our organization more efficient by allowing us to better track each of our customers' interactions with our organization. We are able to improve the overall customer experience and better serve our customers. I dislike that there isn't an option for a user to log in through a web browser. Sometimes,

Great Alternative Solution For Product Management

I like how easy it was to use! Our team really appreciated all of its features, especially creating our own templates for product documentation which saved time in having employees create those documents themselves (and we had hundreds!). It's also very user friendly - there are tons (literally) resources available online if you don't understand something or need help with your implementation process/project timeline.   • Easy access through smartphone app is great option compared against desktop usage where everything could take longer due lack internet connectivity issues while traveling between locations during business trips etc., , Great support services offered by staff who know exactly whats being asked about even providing suggestions along way should anything go wrong during setup phase prior initial trial period
