Review on πŸ’ͺ Enhance Strength, Endurance & Testosterone Levels with MFIT SUPPS Peak Force - 120 Capsules by Vicki Lane

TOP PERFORMANCE? YES, NOT THAT MUCH!

I took 4 capsules a day divided into two 2 capsules, one dose with the first meal of the day and the last dose with the last meal of the day. This is a total of 30 admission days. What did I notice? A little. I definitely felt more focused while taking it. It looks like the old pants snake wants to draw attention more than usual, but maybe that's just wishful thinking :) However, that supposed peak strength and power didn't exist. I understand why they added Cordyceps (Peak O2) but its dosage is not enough. You really need to dose this at 2g per day, twice a day for an extended period of time (at least 30 days) to see a difference. Even then, it's not very profitable. I've used Primaforce's Peak O2 alone on a few occasions and the benefit has been minimal. My stamina was slightly better. I have used KSM brand ashwagandha (several times) at 600mg before and never noticed anything special about it. It is said to reduce stress and anxiety and help increase strength. I don't have a lot of stress or anxiety in my life so I guess if it worked I wouldn't notice. I've never noticed the benefit of increased performance when using it. There is evidence supporting lower cortisol levels when your body is out of whack due to overtraining or cycles of anabolic muscle builders (e.g. steroids, sarms, prohormones). I'll tell you straight out that test boosters are complete nonsense. I've been lifting for over 25 years and have tried probably 2 dozen test boosters and I've never noticed an increase in strength or power output from using any of them. Not only did I have my testosterone levels checked by a doctor before and after use (several times) and the test values were pretty much the same before and after. Therefore, for me, the addition of Longjack, Tribulus, and Shilajit is nothing more than an extra trick to spice up the product and make it stronger. If you want to increase your testosterone levels, go to the doctor, get a blood test and see what level you have. You might not even need it. I personally would not recommend this product. It's too expensive - $60 for 30 days. Chances are, you won't see any real strength or endurance benefits. You can get more morning wood and have less stress and anxiety in your life, but just buy some Ashwagandha and Peak O2 separately if you want to roll the dice. It would be a lot cheaper. It's too naive and expensive. If you notice anything, it is most likely due to the placebo effect. I keep falling in love with these products and hope they work, but at least this time it's cost me nothing but my time.
