Review on 📦 BARTON Replacement Buckle for Watch Bands by Alison Herrier

I was very excited to replace the silver clasp on my new Barton strap with a gold clasp to match my watch. But now I'm disappointed and frustrated. 1) This buckle came without instructions. I had to search the internet to find out how to replace the buckle on a watch strap. 2) Nowhere in the product description did I see that a separate tool would need to be purchased to replace the buckle. This buckle comes tool-free, and after looking at the instructions myself, it was clear I needed to buy a spring bar tool (I eventually got around to working with my nails, but it was such a pain). 3) I bought this buckle to replace the silver buckle on my new Barton watch strap. I ordered the same size as the strap and this buckle is too big. I don't understand why it is too big for a watch strap from the same company. For $8, I really thought I would get instructions, maybe the necessary replacement tool, and that the buckle would be the right size. Overall it looks good and my new watch strap is very comfortable, but the struggle I went through to get this thing installed was almost not worth it.
