I used a hemstitch needle for crocheting
I bought this to use on flannel to make a hemstitch that I can crochet. It works well for this purpose and I'm happy with the result. Instead of paying a lot every time I want to hand sew a blanket, rag, or bib with decorative crochet, I can do it myself with my home sewing machine. I set the desired value in the middle (most machines had multiple needle positions) and just used regular thread. I may experiment with more decorative stitching in the future, but I'm happy with how it worked for me.
