Absolutely normal. suitable for powder

I am 23 years old, I ordered this because the pre workout I use is no longer sold. The decision to buy it after using my previous one for a full year made me a little nervous. I don't like heavily sweetened pre-workouts like C4 (designed for men). If this is your type of pre-workout, if you're looking for a full tingle, extreme energy boost, and a flavor that tastes like pure fruit punch, then this pre-workout isn't for you. BUT for me it's a pre-workout because it has good ingredients (for the most part - that's why I took off a star, I wouldn't say it's as "natural" as they claim). Personally, I find it very tasty, it doesn't taste TOO artificial (albeit a bit) and it certainly doesn't taste bad. I've found that my drinks sometimes appear a little grainy when I get to the bottom of the container, but that's because they're settling. not a big deal to me but something to consider. It works too, I have found that I sometimes feel a tingling sensation due to the beta alanine but it never gets to the point where my face feels the intense itching that I have experienced in others before. The overall energy boost I get from this isn't very noticeable. It's like drinking a small cup of coffee (if you're used to coffee). I certainly find myself feeling more lethargic when I'm not using it. The only recommendation I can give the company myself is to put nutritional information on the label! I know it's not a pre-workout requirement, but I do track my macros and while I'm assuming it's 0 calories due to the sucralose, I still feel like it should be a requirement.

Pros
  • Beta-Alanine: 1.0 g beta-alanine per serving to increase muscle endurance and endurance. This amino acid activates the body's natural response to histamine, which can cause tingling and itching. With continued use, this feeling subsides.
Cons
  • There are new competitors
