It's good to use even if it looks pretty simple at first glance because there are many different options available depending upon your needs/desires as well as how much experience they have had working remotely. I can't think about any downsides right now but maybe try out some paid plans before investing too heavily into this program (like $50-$100+ per user). My team works best when we're all able to collaborate using an office layout so having flexibility while being mobile isn't always ideal. Using an online platform like AnyDesk helps us work from anywhere without sacrificing quality due to lack of face time together!
