This is my first time removing my lips and I'm glad I have them. My hair is a natural dark brown black mix so I always kept a small stash. I've been hiding from the sun for the last 5 years and finally I've had enough of my stash that brings out my pale complexion especially when I'm putting on foundation so it's time. Watched a few videos and read the instructions. So after showering with a clean face, I cut the strip in half and put them on. I rubbed them gently to lift the wax and after counting to 5, I took them off. They worked beautifully and I was amazed at the intensity of the pain. I used to wax my legs and use the epilator 1-2 times a month. This pain was probably a 3/10 for me. It was very easy to use and I will probably try to shape my eyebrows in the future. It's been 20 minutes since I waxed while writing this review. There is a slight tingling sensation and a very light pink tent on my lip. Nothing out of the ordinary for me. At this point I showed sighs of irritation or allergic reactions. So I close, read the instructions and everything will be fine
