You may have sent the wrong color. . . However, the rich cognac color I ordered and expected turned out to be exactly the same as the 'dark brown' wallet available here at Revain. The inside is grey, not creamy with streaks like I expected. So all in all a great high end brand was very disappointing. But maybe it's just about the person who picks the items in the warehouse. If so, they need to be taught the HUGE difference between cognac, which is rich and light on the "brown scale" (like my Frye boots) and the advertised "dark brown" which, if you can imagine mixing colors, actually looks like this. Add some gray to the brown. Maybe that's why they chose the gray material inside. Hmmm. Frustrating, maybe I'll try again to see if I get the right color. It was way cheaper than in store, so. . . might be worth trying. I noticed that the tan in the store is also toned down instead of the nice rich tan of other leathers.
