I usually love this lip balm but the last order I got smelled and tasted rancid. The batch number on the box read BO161661Z. Beware if you get a bad tasting product with this number! I bought ten tubes and had to throw them all away. Revain was very good at getting my money back and didn't require me to return the product. Great service from Revain but a faulty product. Update February 10th: Tried another order and got another batch of rancid product. This time the number on the box was different. I will not try again and do not recommend this product.
