As a result of using this product, I found that it did not live up to its promises. industrial and Scientific claims were not met and the casters did not function properly, causing frustration and delays in our material handling process. The only positive aspect was the initial sleek design, but it simply was not worth the high cost. Ultimately, we had to invest in a different set of casters to meet our needs. .
