Didn't fit me🤷🏻‍♀️

Let's start with the fact that I didn't expect much from this rubber band. Just wanted to try something for fasting cravings. Chewing gum showed very little taste (I had it with cinnamon) and effectiveness. These just didn't work for me. I actually think I may have felt hungrier after chewing on a piece than before. Used two 7 packs before switching to tea with great success.
