Update (April 23, 2021): Downgraded from three stars to one star. While these lights do give light, they are only good when there are no sensitive radio equipment (e.g. ham radio) nearby. These flashlights emit RFI at least 2 meters away and there doesn't seem to be a way to ask the company for help. Since I was unable to resolve my issues with these headlights, I did not find myself in a situation where I had to remove the headlights and replace them with something that meets FCC emissions standards. Too bad it took me so long to fix the problem and missed the return window. I bought and installed a pack of six bulbs over the weekend. I'm also a radio amateur (technician's license) and when I checked the local ARES network on Sunday, I saw that the entire 2m band was saturated with noise. My wife was in the kitchen so I asked her to turn off the newly installed light; the noise is gone. I'm now trying to use ferrite to repair the lightbulbs I just bought and installed. I have no idea what other bands might be affected.
