Great but NOT for new 2019 MacBookPros.
I love the locking and installation process but I just got a new 2019 15" MacBookPro and they removed the 2 center screws and vent location on the back of the MacBookPro so this panel would be blocking the vent. Use a hacksaw , cut off the middle plank and use only the two ends, otherwise it would be great to use older MacBookPro models, so check if they have any updates on this.
