Review on ☕ Cuisinart DCB-10 Silver Automatic Cold Brew Coffee Maker by Katherine Peterson

The first few weeks have been great. However, the main filter broke when cleaning it because the plastic frame had sharp edges and this three-filter system didn't work so well. Fine coffee particles will clog the filters, causing the tank not to drain completely and now the whole thing is basically useless, and immediately after that the window returns. I then contacted Cuisinart customer service which was awful. All suggestions were to descale the machine, although this is clearly due to defective filters. What a disappointment and waste of money. I thought it was a bargain based on the price but now I regret never buying it.
