I received 16 gram rings with a diameter of 8 mm. Went in easily, clasp seems secure until something hits me hard in the face but that would probably break any piercing. Feels heavy in hand for its size. Easy to keep clean. I don't know how to tell if it's really G23 Titanium, but so far my skin hasn't reacted to it. I really appreciate the packaging, it came mainly in paper. The decoration itself was stored in a small plastic bag on top of a paper card. But most of them are recyclable, meaning more sustainable than other comparable jewelry companies on the market that wrap all their pieces in layers of plastic. Helped me feel better about the purchase. Also advice for those who want to buy jewelry online: buy either jewelry with titanium implants or gold jewelry if you plan to wear the jewelry 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. It's much healthier for your piercing, especially if you're sensitive to certain metals like I am.
