The best part of virtual Q is the ability to customize the agent's skillset. You get to set the level and type of questions that will be asked and the agent can choose which one they want to answer. It's easy to train new agents without having to hire a large team of people or spend a lot of time doing so. The system does sometimes have issues when it comes to loading certain files. This happens very often and results in me not being able to use the system until I delete all the old ones. When you have a small business, virtual Q allows you to take your employees away from the office and still give them the training they need.
