Review on Cen-Tec Systems 94093: Ultimate 35-Ft. Low Voltage Central Vacuum Hose Sock in Light Gray by Jessica Simmons

Central vacuum installed 13 years ago. This is an Electrolux system so we bought the Electrolux hose and accessories. I was happy with it except at this point the suction head was damaged and my cat was peeing on the hose cap (disgusting I know). Also, I never liked the hose cap. It was one of those ugly prints. This new hose has exceeded all my expectations. It's about half the weight of my old one. The hose is a little narrower. But the suction power is even better. Because it is lighter, climbing stairs is much easier. Vacuuming used to seem such a chore. The whole family agrees it's easier now and they all complain a lot less when it needs to be done. And what I like the most is that it looks good! Not like my old outdated sock. The only potential downside is that it's not as heavy and could potentially be crushed more than our original, which was like a tank. But for now there are no problems and we will just be careful not to step on or crush him. We can even buy another one so we have one on each floor of the house.
