The only downside to this product is that the mounting plate wasn't long enough to reach the visor, but I had an old bracket that I was able to use to help hold the mounting plate . Took me about 30 minutes to install the whole thing, run wires under the ceiling panel and clad, well, that's just not for the sake of beauty. The backlight is very bright and has multiple modes. Overall I am very happy with this purchase!
