I like how you can see comments from your existing customers so it helps me keep track of what they are saying even if we don't have another meeting scheduled at this time! As for any issues/complaints i've received when creating my account there was nothing really too major but some things took awhile (i think because google login) which could be quicker in future releases please? No negative thoughts just minor nusiance as above - would love more updates soon :) great tool especially given reviews help us improve our service each month!! Keeping up-to date woth new clients' input has improved overall services offered by businesses who use them.
