I actually like this product better than my mug. Since I don't drink very good teas, this worked great for me. This product, unlike my mug brewer, didn't leave all the residue at the bottom of my cup and allowed the tea to ooze out properly. You can determine your drip time fairly accurately as the color of the tea (if any) will begin to show after the recommended drip time. It was cool for me. The infusion floats in the cup, but that didn't bother me either, just take it out before drinking (which should be after the recommended draining time) and enjoy! The seller and the company are great. Likes: * It filters my loose tea as promised (I don't drink very good teas) * The color of the tea (if any) starts to show noticeably at the recommended drip time. * I don't have to clean up before drinking as it has a tray that keeps my desk clean * I can travel with it (I can't travel with my mug brewer as it's so bulky) * This item has many benefits * I supported one Family business which made me feel like I was the only one who bought this item. Dislikes: *Some of the reviews here are negative, which I don't understand. * Please ensure that ALL places on product packaging, description, ratings and comments state NOT FOR LARGE TEA. (I don't know how clearer this can be, but the bad reviews come from people who drink good tea.)
