Review on 🚗 Alpine MicroBypass Parking Brake Override Bypass Enhancer by Gabriel Salleh

TL:DR, buy a microbypass, ask Matt to help you if you get stuck. past. It's NOT totally legal and if you're stupid don't install it. But if you want and love things to work and you're not a Darwin Prize winner, get a microbypass so you don't have to release the parking brake, apply it, and then back up to access your stereo. I bought an Alpine ilx-w650 from Crutchfield for a '99 4Runner. I checked the prices on Amazon and Amazon suggested they were other things that other people were buying, reading about and ordering. (I would still suggest getting your stereo from Crutchfield because CF will make you a stereo wiring harness for your car, it's an extra service). If you know how to do it and want it, well if you don't and want to hook it up and work, spend your money and get a wire harness. Matt at MBP is the best there is. He walked me through everything, anything I didn't understand he explained, he took the time to show me what I would need from a home storage, an electronics store, what tools/crimpers I would need, etc. We have the photos sent back and forth and email, and had a phone call. Nobody has better customer service than this guy. I would buy anything from Matt because of his honesty, patience and dedication to helping others.
