Review on Derale 25005 Remote Filter Mount by Kendro Givens

The product is what I need; However, the filter holder does NOT have a cut-out on the front as shown in the picture. It has no cut-out anywhere. I needed a bracket that I could drill through and install the temp sensor without having to go through additional brass fittings, tees, etc. Other than that, it looks like a decent deal. I've used several of these mounts over the years and they always had a 1/8 or 1/4 NPT port in addition to the main IN/OUT ports. I think production is cheaper without that little port.
