Review on 🚽 Thetford Porta Potti 365 Piston 4/5.5G - White Portable Toilet, in One Size by John Kahsar

This toilet is used all year round and is permanently in our cabin. I've only had it a few days, but I've seen this potty well made, durable, the height of a domestic toilet, has a regular oval deep toilet, and has an electronic flush pump versus a typical manual piston pump. More importantly, the bracket and locking device that securely holds the toilet bowl and fresh water in the recovery tank is well constructed and will not leak. Thetford also gives a 3-year guarantee on this device. So if anything, including the electric water pump, fails, Thetford will take care of it at no charge or replace the unit if it can't be repaired. That bribed me. There are other reviews on this forum that claim this unit has been discontinued but as of 12/10/21 it is still in full production. I have previously purchased another portable potty from another manufacturer and through that purchase I learned that typical portable potties have a manual plunger flush pump which is not very powerful, the toilet bowl is round rather than oval like a household toilet and is very shallow so if you fit not on that your JUNK can easily swim with the buns if you get what I mean. The worst thing about this other toilet is that after about a week of use, the brackets that attach the toilet to the holding tank have become loose and no longer allow a secure fit, allowing liquid to seep between the blocks onto the floor. and also takes on the unsanitary task of transporting a dirty holding tank to its landfill. Now that I have purchased the Thetford Porta POTTI 565E Curve 4/5.5G all of these issues have gone down the drain. I would like to say that my family and I are delighted with our Thetford Porta POTTI 565E Curve 4/5.5G. . These are undoubtedly vastly superior to any other portable potty on the market. Buy it, you will not be disappointed and have the peace of mind that this device will do the job for the next 3 years and beyond.
