Review on KEEN Men's Austin Chocolate Brown Fashion Sneakers for Men's Shoes by Anthony Lanka

These shoes were a replacement for an old Keen Austins I bought years ago. I only wear them occasionally as I've bought them at most 4 or 5 times in a short period of time. Fits great and is comfortable right out of the box. For this reason I am a big fan of Keen shoes. However, I took these shoes on a trip last week and wore them once when I walked around Ghent for a couple of hours on a rainy afternoon and noticed when I got back to my apartment that the right heel was completely detached from the sole of my Shoes had loosened (see photo). Although they were bought three years ago, these are of course essentially new, unworn shoes. I am very disappointed and hope the issue is an annoying defect and not a degradation in the quality of the shoes which I have come to expect from this company.
