They do a poor job of reducing idle power. Every time I leave them idle for a while all my windows shrink to 640*480 and stack on the main monitor. That's the weirdest thing I've ever seen on a monitor. The IPS panel looks good visually, however I had to completely remove the blue lights after minimal use. some strange things. It was actually a downgrade from my previous monitors with all the random things not working properly.
