Great toy for a 4 month old but not sticky
My 4 month old loves this toy, it spins the ring right away, definitely gets her attention and it doesn't stay on forever so isn't irritating or wasted batteries, mine's only complaint is that it doesn't stick to surfaces, so she usually takes it off and falls off within a minute or two of playing with it, which I then have to reposition. Dry a little wetting and I just can't keep it sticking for long
