I was replacing an older Colibri cutter that had gotten dull. I was originally looking at other Xikar cutters but figured I would spend the extra money and with the lifetime warranty be very happy. Short story.I am.This cutter works incredibly well. Yes.it needs a little attention to detail to not cut the cap too deep but to me it is part of the process and that's one of the reasons I smoke cigars. Every cut has been clean and straight. It is easy to apply consistent pressure and make it work right. The only reason this cutter has had any problems at all were cigars that were too dry and the wrapper was going to crack anyway no matter what cutter I used. I give it a 5/5.
