Ordered this to replace my lost Fitbit Inspire. Slow delivery, twice late delivery. It's hard to figure out how to open the box. When you open the application, a single screen opens that does nothing. But it sets a notification for accessing application pages, very unusual and not described in the instructions, which made no sense. By clicking on the notification I was able to determine that the Bluetooth name was different from what was stated in the instructions. Bluetooth pairing worked with the correct name. Once paired, it took about a dozen attempts to sync with the app. I almost gave up and was about to return the watch but I tried again and it ended up syncing to the phone. After syncing I found that I could change the watch face, the default watch face looked awful. Pulse and blood O2 work like jumps and have been professionally tested. It's on day 5 and still showing 80% battery. Switching clock screens is difficult and too quick before turning them off. The setup screen provides instructions for the watch.
