hooks are ok. They're made of thin-walled tubing that's bent into shape, but needs to be strong enough to hold anything you dare hang on drywall. Round hooks that screw themselves together are great. They are lightly padded and feel very strong. The drywall anchors that come with the kit are pretty bad. They don't have a lip to prevent them from penetrating too deeply and they don't stick very well and curl up in the wall. One of them grabbed the wall, after which the screw attached to it turned in the anchor. The screws are cross shaped, but they come off very easily if you manage to glue them. The shape of the hooks forces you to make the bottom hole with a long screwdriver, a drill will not work. I was able to use some other anchors and screws I had and the hooks work fine.
