I mainly use it for training. I'm 4'11 with wide hips so I decided to order a large. They fit really well. The style drew me to them. Good quality material. I love how they mold around my legs and hips. Believe it or not, they weren't transparent, which is great for gym exercises that require leaning. However, they are quite thick, I would not recommend buying these leggings to keep your feet warm, especially with holes around the ankles and calves. One thing I didn't pay much attention to was the waist for tummy control. It's pretty good, but too good for my taste. I have a sensitive stomach and the control waist is too high. I'm sure they go that high because I'm short and have a shorter torso. Either way, these leggings are perfect for working out, running errands, or just lounging around the house. I highly recommend investing in a pair.
