Review on EAONE Roller Facial Massage Eyeball Skin Care by Sophia Wells

One of the jade rollers broke but everything else was fine and intact. It must have broken before shipping, which is awful! It looked perfectly fine, but when I opened the packaging, which was vacuum sealed and holding the broken roller together, the air made the roller slip, indicating it was broken. How can someone ship a broken item to their customer? It makes no sense at all!
