I really like that we can set up the platform in minutes and that it is all integrated with our payment processor. Also, as a user, I love how easy it is to update our website and get new features pushed out quickly. We also use their API to integrate with our booking engine (which they don't support). The customer service has been very responsive - but I think it's because my account manager has done great work connecting me with their team. So far, there haven't been any major issues.
