I wanted to shed my mustache and EVERYTHING went down the drain, shoulder blades and heads!
I understand, I see some kind of instructions, but the writing is so small that I can't read it. But the picture shows you need to remove the plastic holding the heads. So I did. Then, after a few shaves, I push a button to open the head and take off the mustache and ALL, yes ALL heads and blades fall out and go down the drain! I have had this shaver for 2 years and have NEVER had this problem. **** I messaged the seller and he still hasn't responded at all! Still no answer! It's only been a few months, but it's a bad deal.
