Started to break after 8 days of playing with it.

So the unicorn ear started to come off this morning, this evening the it deflated and we can see that where they hold onto it is where it has a hole. now has a hole. my daughter loves this toy sad it didn't last longer only 8 days of playing with it. We would love to contact someone about it but not sure who to contact?
